Coleman Homes was founded in 1972 in Bakersfield, California. Prior to locating to Idaho, Coleman Homes participated in several select master-planned communities including Summerlin, Green Valley North and South in Nevada, and Rancho California, Stockdale and Seven Oaks in California.
Coleman Homes currently has four premier Treasure Valley residential developments, which include retail and commercial uses.
